Especially for families living in Jefferson and Shelby Counties without medical insurance and with low
income (i.e.: qualify for Unemployment/Medicaid/Disability). Space is limited to the first 60 people on
a first come, first serve basis including a designated number of spots reserved for the Hispanic outreach
ministry of the church.
If you qualify and depending on outcome of vision services, bifocal glasses for adults are available for
$75 and single vision glasses for $60 to cover cost of lens materials. Vision referral services are
available for children as needed.

Traveling South on I-65 from
Birmingham & Hoover
Directions: From I-65 take the US-31 Exit #238 toward Alabaster. Go 0.2 miles and merge onto US-31 N/AL-31/1st
Street South toward Alabaster. Turn left onto Montevallo Rd/AL-119 S/Cty Hwy-11 (CVS & Southbrook Village
Shopping Center will be on the right after you turn). Travel approx. 2 miles on Hwy 119/ Montevallo Road passing
several shops including the Buck Creek Plaza (on right). At the intersection turn right onto Kent Dairy Road (Hwy 26
W.) between Walgreen’s and First Commercial Bank. After approx. 1 mile Thompson High School will be on the
right. Slow down as you pass by several homes on the left and 2 entrances to Kentwood neighborhoods on the right (0.2
miles). Slow down. On your left, look for a small white sign for Episcopal Church of the Holy Spirit and the entrance
to church. – If you pass a large storage tank on the right, you have gone too far and need to turn around and go back to
church entrance.
