There is no quiz this cycle, the learning goals will be assessed using a project and will be assessed in quiz format at the end of
unit 15.
1. List the division types (eon, era, period, epoch) in order from largest to smallest
2. Match important events in the evolution of earth with the proper time periods (Cenezoic, Mesozoic, Paleozoic, Precambrian) as
well as compare length of these time periods (which one is really long?!)
3. Describe significant role life has had in evolving (changing) the earth system through time and the role the earth system has
had in evolving (changing) life
