The election was conducted and team of Dr murlidhar joshi / Dr
vijyanand was declared winner.
Candidates who lost the
election (Dr.Madhuri Lokapur and Dr.Nanker) challenged the
governing council, ISSP claiming the conduct of election as
illegal and has given Advocate notice to the governing council
ISSP. The governing council met on 22/03/15 decided to cancel
the election, if any adverse remarks against the conduct of
election is received from any of the regulating authorities of
Government. The election on 07/02/15 was done on forceful
acceptance of the opinion of the running general body of
07/02/15 against written down constitution in force. Meanwhile
the failed candidates (Dr.Maduri Lokapur or Dr.Nanker)
approached to Registrar of societies at Varanasi on 25/4/15 to
procure letter from registrar societies. Registrar societies gave
letter on 12/5/2015, which clearly states 3 things
1. Relevant documents are not submitted from 2011-2015.
2. Ammmendments of constitution are not in record from
2006-2014
3. Election should be held according to constitution
The constitution of 2006 has been amended in parts to the
present of 2014 constitution.
The general body scheduled for 16/08/15 should solve this
constitutional crisis and constitutional rectification of the mistake
happened at Chennai during AGBM on 7/2/15. The opinion of
the governing council on further course of action will be
presented by the President, ISSP after ratification of the agenda.
