New products at RWM show versatility of Dolav boxes
Dolav has four new products on show at RWM. An extended height Dolav Ace pallet box now offers four
heights from 740 up to 1400mm for increasing capacity and greater economy. Abuse tested, the Ace is
well-proven for a heavy-duty handling. For lighter-duty the Dolav Tri-Hi has three height choices from
740 to 950mm for recycling waste such as plastic or aluminium cans. A new 1750mm long Dolav pallet
box with lid is designed to handle long products like fluorescent tubes for recycling - with heavier
specification choices for more demanding applications. For packaging and transport of dangerous goods
and waste the Dolav Ace box is now UN Certificate1 compliant. That gives users assured UN Certificate
compliance when handling dangerous waste.
Taller for increased capacity
Extended height Dolavs are becoming popular as
customers look to handle either larger volumes of
bulky items or have increased space for lead-acid
batteries or scrap metal. It can help reduce transport
costs and be better environmentally. This
1200x1000mm pallet box offers height increases from
the standard 740mm to 1000, 1260 or 1400mm to a
maximum capacity of 1260 litres or 1150kg.

The 1750mm extended-length Dolav pallet box has been produced due to growing demand for recycling
fluorescent tubes and scrap metal. At 1000mm wide and 740mm high, it can hold up to 1150kg and
stack 2-3 high. Options help users achieve best specification and cost for each application.
Mainly for empties
This new Tri-Hi at 1200x800mm is a lighter product and specifically designed and developed by Dolav for
recycling empty PET bottles and aluminium cans. The choice of three heights, 740, 870 and 950mm
enables customers to select the right height for their application to take up to 400kg of material to a

volume of 652 litres.
