Possess 5 years of professional experience in developing, designing, installing and
commissioning equipments for monitoring and controlling engineering systems
Good working experience in Commissioning of SIEMENS Gas Turbines (SGTG5000F & SGTG-4000F) and also very good knowledge in SIEMENS SPPA T3000
DCS systems.
As a member of commissioning team, tasks involved in various commissioning activities
during commissioning phase.Commissioning of Siemens Gas Turbines with fuel gas&oil,
BHI&DOOSAN (HRSG) boiler and Steam turbines SIEMENS&ALSTOM.
Engineering & Trouble shooting in Siemens Simatic Manager, SPPA T3000 DCS
system including loading runtime containers, developing logics & faceplates.
Performed all the commissioning activities, tests with witness, created function test
procedure and troubleshooted all necessary problems during commissioning as well as in
the maintenance.
Updating and checking of Hardware drawings(FUM IO module cabinets, Server
cabinets, Fiber Optic Patch Panel).
Commissioning of Automation devices including Server, Automation Processors, OSM,
Router, LAN, Fiber optic cables etc.
Commissioning activities including Calibration,loop checking of field instruments like
pressure transmitters, thermocouple, RTD, flow meters, control valves, pneumatic valves
etc. & carrying out function tests (Hot & Cold Commissioning).
Commissioning & trouble shooting in Gas turbine Hard wire trip system, Failsafe
systems, WIN_TS, Controller systems, Data logging Systems, Flame, Speed and
Vibration monitoring systems.
Executing Cold and Hot Loop Checks and preparing the Tag list, Loop drawings and
control drawings.
Good Knowledge in SIEMENS Gas Turbine Control Systems, Turbine Protection and
Fail Safe Trip system, Vibrometer, Argus system and the Flame monitoring systems.
Extensive knowledge in Industrial Networks and Communications: Fieldbus, Modbus,
DH485, Ethernet TCP/IP, Controlnet, DH+, RS232, Devicenet, OPC Standard, Fiber
Optics, HART Devices-275,375,475.
Good knowledge in the instrument datasheets, instrument drawings, I/O wiring diagrams,
P&IDs, calculation and specifications.
Ability to troubleshoot, repair and maintain instruments and instrumentation systems.
Proficient in motor drives, transformers and switchgear equipment.

end (Airtel) to solve customer technical complaints as well as interacting with the vendor
(Ericsson) for the flow of call volume.
Job Profile:
 Managing & maintaining Customer Relations and Service Level Agreement Fixed by the
Customer. Generating call reports using functions and formulas in Excel.
 Attending weekly meeting with CCEs of Ericsson & Airtel to train them for reducing the
Non technical complaints.
