Supplementary Regulations
This event will be held under the provisions of the National Sporting Code of Motorsport New Zealand and any relevant
regulations prescriptions or specifications relating thereto as contained in the current NZ Motorsport Manual and amendments,
HBCC Speed Regulations and these Supplementary Regulations.

The Permit is for a Clubsport Advanced Bent Sprint

Minimum License Requirements for this event are Club Membership of a Motorsport NZ affiliated Club and a Clubsport
License.

The MINIMUM number of entries for this event to run is 10, if this number has not been received by the Thursday
11th June; Organisers reserve the right to cancel the event. All entries must be on an Official HB Car Club Entry
Form.
ENTRY FEES MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRY FORMS, OR THE ENTRY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Scrutineering and Documentation is from 9.00 am until 10.30 am at the venue and is in accordance with the current
Motorsport Manual. All cars must be presented at scrutineering in a clean and tidy condition. Vehicles will be
scrutineered to Schedule A.

Drivers Briefing will be at approx. 10.45am. This is compulsory for all drivers. One practice run will commence
immediately after drivers briefing. The event proper will start immediately after practice; consisting of three official
runs.

Directions to the venue: Access to the venue is off Gilbertson Rd via Pakowhai Rd Hastings

Unofficial Practice or Reece on the venue prior to the event is PROHIBITED, the residents have been instructed to
inform the event Organiser and provide a description of the vehicle. If you are found to be doing this, your entry will
NOT be accepted. The HBCC Committee is treating this unacceptable Behaviour seriously and you may find you are
also excluded from other events.

10. No alcohol is to be consumed by competitors or their crew as this will result in immediate expulsion from the event.

Please note: Carriage of Passengers
Passengers may be carried at the discretion of the Clerk of Course provided that Appendix 5, Schedule C, Part 1, Art 6 is
adhered to:
 All vehicles carrying passengers shall be fitted with the following equipment, which must comply with Appendix 2,
Schedule A: - Rollcage, - Both front seats, - four, five or six point safety harness for both occupants.
 Passengers shall wear safety apparel as specified in the safety schedule contained in Appendix 2, Schedule A.
 All passengers shall be briefed on basic event safety procedures, how to correctly wear and subsequently uncouple the
safety harness and shall sign the Passenger Indemnity and Declaration Form prior to their participation.
 Passengers under the age of 16 are not permitted unless they hold a Motorsport NZ authorised minors licence, and
between 12 and 16 years must present either a valid Junior Competition Licence or an underage indemnity form signed
by a parent or guardian.
 Passengers may be changed between runs.
