1. write your end goal on a sticky (e.g. Show What You

Know item, presentation ideas )

2. write each of the things you will need, to do to reach your goal, on a sticky

3. on a large 17 by 11 piece of paper, arrange the sticky notes in order, from beginning to your final goal

4. write the date you will finish your goal just above the goal sticky

5. figure out how much time you will need to complete each step, write that amount of estimated time below the task or step

6. use this information to set figure the date each step must be completed, write these dates below each sticky

7. reward yourself for each step met

8. begin your daily log
