To avoid a fine ($50 fine for the first offence and $100 fine thereafter) Fixture Schedules that require publication
in the Gazette and Judges Contracts MUST be lodged to the DOGS Victoria office for approval at least five
months prior to 1st of the month in which fixture is being held. Fixture schedules not being published in the
Gazette must be submitted to the DOGS Victoria office for approval at least four months prior to 1 st of the
month in which fixture is being held. (Refer regulation 7.3.6).
