This event is free to members of DONS. Registration fee for non-members is $50, payable on-site to DONS.

Pharmacists who are not members of AKPhA will be charged $125.00 for CE credit, payable to AKPhA.

Credit cards will not be accepted.

Target audience: Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists

Learning Objectives: a. Discuss ethical issues related to decision-making concerning medical and nursing treatment at the end-of-life b. Describe 3 standard treatments for the most common acute side effects of pelvic radiation c. Identify 3 key components of a nutrition screening tool and one method for evaluating reliability of patient education resources d. List 4 evidence-based naturopathic interventions for treatment of toxicities related to cancer treatment e. Explain how HER2 status affects the biology and treatment of gastric and gastroesophageal junction cancers
