Professional details in Paragraph: After obtaining the degree of MBA, I joined as Asst. Prof. in the
department of Management in 1977. During this year I completed my M.Phil. Management and
started pursing Ph.D. Completed Ph.D. in 1983. Promoted to the position of Associate Prof. In 1990
after the completion of 13 year of service as Asst. Prof. thereafter appointed Prof. in the Department
of Management on 1st March 1995 and retired from this post of 30th June, 2014. Joined Bahra
University on 19th August, 2014 as Prof. cum Dean School of Management. During my entire service I
worked as Warden, Chief Warden, Dean Student Welfare, Dean Planning and Teacher’s Matters
Director Ambedkar Chair, Director Gandhian Study Centre and Director Tribal Studies and Dean
Studies. I Remained Director HPUBS for four years and member of B.O.S. Academic Council,
Executive council. Remained a member of numbers of committees for evaluating the performance
different colleges and Pvt. Universities situated in the state and outside state. Visited numbers of
universities in the country as a member of inspection team formed by the UGC and AICTE. 21
students completed Ph.D. under my supervision and 5 more students are pursing Ph.D. from
University Business School HPU Shimla. I have published 3 books and ABOUT 12 papers attended
various national and International conferences.
