- Reservations MUST be made through Grace Travel via email (skibus@triptokorea.com) no later than 7 days prior to the tour
start date. If you wish to make a reservation after the 7 day deadline, please contact by e-mail first and then please call our call
center (+82-2-335-5889).
Payment
- Payment is accepted in two ways:
1)
PayPal (We accept all major credit cards)
2) Wire Transfer (Please transfer the total amount to SHIN HAN BANK, Account # 180-001-828165)
* Payments via wire transfer MUST be received 7 days prior to the start of the tour.
* Your reservation will be guaranteed by your credit card.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made 1 day before the start of the tour, there is a 50% refund. Please note that a service fee will be deducted
from the 50% refund.
- For cancellations or failing to show up on the day of the start of the tour, there is NO REFUND provided.
