Manco Recycling Systems Inc. operates a two stream mix to allow all material for recycling collected
and transported in two or three bins.
FIBRE STREAM:
Cardboard:
 OCC (Old Clean Corrugated material) all types except wax coated
Mixed Paper:
 Paper, newspaper, magazines & catalogues, boxboard (eg. cereal, cracker boxes, roll from
paper towels), books(soft & hard cover, telephone books etc.), fine paper, paper egg cartons,
milk cartons.
CONTAINER STREAM (plastics, cans)
 Aluminum and tin cans of all sizes, aluminum pies plates, foil container, empty and clean/dry
paint cans
 #1, #2,#3, #5, #7 plastics containers (all types of bottles, jugs, solid containers, clam shells, with
these #’s)
 #4 film plastics, clear and coloured grocery bags, retail bags, outer plastic liners etc.
DO not include foil lined boxes& bags, bubble wrap, zip-lock style bags, plastic glasses, plates and
cutlery, plastic toys, CD cases, gift wrap, facial tissues, styrofoam, cloth or clothing, cellophane and
stretch wrap
