The Winter Pass entitles the Winter Pass Holder to 1 Cove Play Pass
Wristband per day, every Saturday/Sunday of the 2015/2016 Cove Play
Pass Season

Cove Play Pass includes UNLIMITED:
o Pirates vs.Aliens
o Playground
o Inflatable Fun

Guests must be 36”-60” tall to bounce on the inflatable. Guests over 60” may
participate on the playground and pirates vs. aliens.

Guests must wear socks in the playground and inflatable.
Valid Dates:

Winter Season Pass Holders may show their season pass ID CARD and get a
wristband for a COVE PLAY PASS (as described above) on any dates
between 10/1/15-3/27/16 that Rinky Dink is open to the Public.

Rinky Dink Family Fun Center and Rinky Dink Cove are open Saturday and
Sunday throughout above listed Season.

Winter Season Pass holders will also have the ability to show their season
pass Id Card on any other day between 10/3/15-3/27/16, (when the Cove
activities are open to the public) and get a Cove Play Pass. For example
there may be additional hours over Christmas Break or other school holidays.

It is NEVER valid for any attractions other than: The Playground, The
Inflatable Bouncer Maze and Pirates vs. Aliens.

It is not valid for birthday parties or any other scheduled group activities.
 The last possible date for use for Winter Pass Members is March 27st, 2016.
SEASON PASS RULES AND REGULATIONS
 Rinky Dink reserves the right to alter dates, times and conditions of Winter Season Pass without notice. Rinky
Dink may occasionally close the park for a large corporate outing. If this happens you will be notified as soon as
possible by email.
 Rinky Dink is committed to the highest degree of ride maintenance, but as with all things mechanical, equipment
does breakdown at times. It is very rare when an attraction is closed for repairs, but if/when that occurs, there is no
substitution of attractions.
 Rinky Dink reserves the right to close attractions and/or close the park early due to the weather. Attractions
closed due to the weather will be re-opened if weather permits. There is NO substitution of attractions when this
occurs.
 Acts of God (i.e. floods, lightening, tornados, etc.) and circumstances beyond Rinky Dink’s control (power
outage, disruption of water, natural gas leak, etc.) are not reasons for substitution of attractions.
 Bearer of this pass accepts all inherent risks associated with attractions. Failure to observe rules and regulations
can result in forfeiture of all rights associated with Season Pass.
 Rinky Dink reserves the right to revoke a Season Pass without recourse or refund for any reason, including, but
not limited to the following:






Violation of Park Rules and/or Safety Regulations
Assisting another person in obtaining unauthorized entry into the park.
Any violation of local, state or federal laws on Rinky Dink premises.
Any conduct deemed by Rinky Dink management to interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the park.
Loitering at the park.
This pass should NOT be construed as a “babysitting” service. Rinky Dink cannot accept responsibility for
children “dropped-off” by parents and/or guardians. It is each parent’s responsibility to determine if their
child is capable of being left alone at Rinky Dink without adult supervision for a given period of time.
 Winter Season Passes may not be sold by any third party under any circumstance
 Winter Season Passes may only be used by Season Pass Holder noted on application.





Winter Season Pass will be automatically revoked if anyone other than the Pass Holder attempts to use it.
Charges will be filed against the Pass Holder and the person fraudulently attempting to use the pass.
There is a $10.00 fee for lost or stolen Season Passes
The Winter Season Pass is non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Winter Season Pass may NOT be used as admission to any Group Outing or Birthday Party
No food or drink items may be brought on Rinky Dink property.

To receive your COVE PLAY PASS, simply show your Winter Season Pass at the register. A Rinky Dink
Team member must affix wristband to be valid. Wristband is invalid once it has been removed, cut or torn.
Wristbands may NOT be shared or transferred and are valid day of redemption only.
 Season Pass Members will get 10% off all food and beverage purchased at the snack bar. Not valid for
purchases made through the vending machines.
