A) Imagine Day
a. Breakfast for 450 first year students – 6 pans (48 per pan) granola bars + fruit, possibly
coffee and juice
b. Penny – Starbucks sponsorship? Or ethical bean or bean around the world
c. Set up instead of ESB – do they have tables for us to use? (room 1013??)
d. Lunch starts at 11am-12:30pm
i. Serving burritos – beef, beans, lettuce, tomato, corn, onions, sriracha
ii. start setting up for lunch right after breakfast
iii. Carla has tables for us in the courtyard
iv. Rain plan – students are in 3 rooms, we are outside under the cover
v. We have new grills to use
vi. Prep in the Agora kitchen
e. Booth – need a 3 fold poster for LFSUS info

iv. Suggestion box for what LFSUS should do – only ask LFS students

h. Sunday afternoon – Christine from student services can help us pick up lunch supplies

B) AMS Firsts Week pancake week

Transition Reports
a. TO DO: execs find last year’s non-execs and get their transition report

LFSUS Retreat
a. Mostly likely at Cultus Lake cabins – 4 people per cabin, 16 people total
b. $2500 budget – have access to kitchens (buy food from Costco) or if there are
restaurants we can eat there
c. Includes activity – amusement park
