Chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension and arthritis are more likely to appear if
we are overweight

There is less risk of physical disorders like knee, hip and other joint damage developing
Possible causes of weight gain are:

Food & drink - Eat mostly Cold & Dry foods and the least amount of Hot & Moist
foods. Consume more fresh vegetables, fruit juices, yogurt and high fibre whole
grain products. Avoid red meats; eat fish and chicken instead. Cut down on white
flour products (bread; pasta) and sugar. Avoid eating salt and drinking caffeine a
week before you are scheduled to have a menstrual period

Breathing exercises - Tibb deep breathing exercises lower irritability and anxiety,

Physical exercise - any form will do, lasting 30 minutes/day. It boosts mood and
