Gift Agreement
Establishment of the
John and Jane Doe Scholarship
In recognition of generous current gifts, the John and Jane Doe Scholarship is hereby
established at the University of La Verne to assist worthy students in the College of Business
and Public Management.
Criteria
 Any major in the College of Business and Public Management;
 Minimum GPA of 3.0;
 Financial Need.
Funding
This scholarship will be launched with a gift of $10,000, received on July 1, 2012. One award of
$5,000 will be distributed to a qualified student for the next two academic years.
Recognition & Reporting
The establishment and launching of this scholarship will be recognized as follows:
 All references to the scholarship in university and campus publications will carry the
name “John and Jane Doe Scholarship;”
 An annual written report on the activities of this fund will be provided to the donors.
