students most in need by cut
score and instructional

Look at individual student growth for
those already in Tier II intervention for
at least 4 PM data points. Consider if
growth warrants maintaining Tier II
status (esp. if GREEN)

differentiation strategies and PM every
4 weeks
No: Consider Intervention Checklist at
bottom of decision tree and adjust Tier
II (note adjustments date and details
within plan)
Note students NOT currently in
Tier II interventions that have
RED or YELLOW instructional
recommendations. Verify
inclusion on broad scale list of
students.
Share broad scale
recommendations with GL
teams
