Memorandum of Understanding
THIS PARTNERSHIP is made on the 15th day of October, 2013

Recognizing the mutual benefits to be gained through a co-operative program promoting Essential Skills
activities and employment; the goal of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is to confirm the
partnership between the above parties as well as to outline the agreements between the parties. The
timeline for this agreement is October 28 – November 29, 2013.
This partnership is formed from a need to provide computer skills training to underemployed and
unemployed Aboriginal adults and to create an opportunity for participants to prepare, apply and
interview for jobs at Organization X.
COMMITMENTS

The signing of this MOU is not a formal undertaking. It implies that the signatories will strive to reach, to
