To Al-Amal School Parents and Guardians,
As-Salaam Alaikum. We hope you had a blessed Ramadan, and a happy Eid, with your family. Administration,
Office Staff, and Custodians are working hard these summer months to get ready for the 2015-2016 school
year. We have spent the months of June and July in the depths of planning for the opening of the next school
year. Just a reminder, the school office is opened on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm during
the summer months.
The hallways are quiet. Our Hifz Program was running this summer, with the students working on Quran,
Science and Social Studies. A few new students will be added to the ranks by the end of summer.
New staff have been hired, and are in place: Other open positions are being interviewed and will be
determined soon. Introductions of new teachers, support staff and education aides will come before school
begins.
The Administration, Teachers and Board are excited for the new year to begin. May Allah (swt) continue to bless
the work we do at Al-Amal, and make all of our children successful, insha’Allah.
