Calibration Checks
A. Check calibration of a random sample of sensors. Verify sensor reading is within the following specified tolerances:

Thermistors or Solid State Sensors: +0.5°F

Room Temperature Device (RTD): o 32°F – 600°F: +-1.0°F

Thermocouple: o 32°F – 1300°F: +-2.0°F

Outdoor Air Temperature & Humidity: o 40°F – 120°F: 0.54°F at 68°F o 0% - 100% RH: 2%

Duct Humidity: o 0% - 100% RH: +-2%RH

Wall Mounted Humidity: o 0% - 100% RH: +-2% RH

Air Differential Pressure: +-1%

Hi Static Pressure Safety Switch: 3% repetitive accuracy.

Water/Liquid/Steam/Refrigerant Pressure:
+-1% full scale

Air/Vacuum Pressure: 1% full scale accuracy

Analog Output Transducers: 2% full scale

Time Delay Relays: +-2% of setting

Air Pressure Gauges: +-2.5%



