The Chair called the meeting to order at 10.00 am.

Reviewed and approved Agenda
o Will focus on Items 2 and 3.
o Will address Items 4 & 5 if time permits.
Reviewed minutes from the meeting in Erlangen in October 2014
2. Review Dose SR extensions and potential requirments for RDSR/P-RDSR
We reviewed the progress of the AAPM TG246 on methods for determining patient dose from
diagnostic studies and discussed how to move forward on the recommendations from this TG to
make changes to the CT and XA RDSR.
3. Develop Patient Radiation Dose Structured Reportand potential requirments for
Patient Dose SR
Reviewed the progress on current template development and start work on TID xxxx Dose
Estimation Methodology.
o It was discussed that a lexicon of dose estimation methods may need to be made and
AAPM may need to consider creating a Working Group to support such a lexicon
which can then be referenced by DICOM.
4. Operator Dose SR Work Item

Determine if there is any manufacturer requests and participation that would warrant the
initiation of this work. – None identified. No further progress.
