A number of areas have been identified from the responses to the staff survey which need to be
addressed by the department.

The Postdoc Champion and Postdoc representative
are organising networking events – the first event is
“CV clinic” which is to take place in Jan 2015.

As part of the induction programme, all new postdocs
will also have a one-to-one induction meeting with the
postdoc representative in the department.
Follow up on the Faculty’s Anti-bullying campaign to
July 2015 onwards
be launched in March 2015. To address issues once
the feedback is received.

views on how the usefulness of yearly reviews can be
improved.
