ADDRESS LIST OF THE RECEIVING CENTRES
The addresses to which the answer scripts Packets / Bundles of the various subjects /
Subject Codes are to be sent for the October 2014 Examinations are noted against each in
the Annexure enclosed.
2.
DISPATCH DETAILS
The details of dispatch of answer books packets are given. The Chief
Superintendents are requested to follow the instructions carefully before dispatching the
answer books packets.
3.
DISPATCH OF MALPRACTICE CASES
All malpractice Answer Papers of both Practical and Theory together with relevant
enquiry report, in standard questionnaire format and documents etc., should be sent to:

SPECIAL ATTENTION WHILE DISPATCHING THE ANSWER BOOK PACKETS
i)
Pack the Answer books of each code separately using Brown Wrapper sheets and also
polythene sheets to avoid the damage to papers due to rain.
ii)
If the number of answer books in a particular code is more than 200 Nos., divide them in
equal Nos., and pack them into two or three parcels. The Parcel Number should be
marked as 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 on the top of the parcel.

iii)
Prepare three copies of Ex – 2 for each code. Register Numbers of absentees need not be
furnished in the Ex – 2 form.
Important Note :
Incase of subjects which are common with other related courses, a single EX – 2
should only be used. Answer books of the common subjects should be packed as a
single bundle (or two if needed) and with a single Ex – 2 covering all the candidates
(branch wise) who have written the particular subjects. This include related courses,
Part time, Sandwich.
iv)
Keep one Ex – 2 inside the Answer Book parcel and paste another copy of Ex -2 on the top
of the brown sheet packing of the answer books. Retain the third copy for office use in the
Institution.
In the previous examination, it is observed that the Answer Book parcels received
from some of the Institutions contain the Ex – 2 forms which were not related to the
answer books kept inside the parcel. This causes much confusion during dummy
numbering work. This type of mistake will lead to wrong publication of results.
Hence the Principals / Chief Superintendents are requested to take due care at the
time of packing of answer books and avoid such occurrences in this examination
process. The Principals / Chief Superintendents are requested to take due care at the time

The Chief Superintendent are informed that the subject of certain Branches are grouped
with the subjects of other Branches of similar nature, for convenience of valuation. The
Chief Superintendents are requested to take note of them and dispatch the answer papers of
the regrouped subjects to the respective centres as listed in the Annexure enclosed.
vi)
It is reiterated that the Chief Superintendent should Pay Personal Attention in verifying the
CORRECTNESS OF THE ADDRESS OF THE ANSWER BOOKS PARCELS and
dispatching the same immediately (even if it is a Govt. holiday) on the date of examination
or atleast on the next day morning, where facilities are not available to dispatch the parcel
in the late evening.

vii) It is particularly informed that the central valuation commences on
Diploma Courses, Modern Office Practice , Hotel Management & Catering Technology and
all the Answer Books have to be received at the receiving centres at the earliest so that
Dummy Numbering processes can be finished to facilitate distribution of Answer Books to
valuation centres in time.

Instructions to meet out the postal expenses incurred to dispatch the Board Examination
answer book parcels from the special fee collected from students were already issued to
all Government / Government Aided Institutions.
The Principals / Chief Superintendents of all Self – Financing Institutions are advised
to follow the same instructions and requested not to send any claim in respect of postal
expenses incurred for dispatch of Board Examination answer books.
