o If you submitted an order that you have not received, please call Cindy at Studio
5 at (970) 674-0520.
If your child missed picture day, or if you would like picture retakes, forms are available
in the office.
Halloween Party Fun

Friday, October 30th
o 2:30-3:00 p.m. - Costume Parade
 Students will change into their costumes at 2:15 p.m.
 They should be able to wear their costume over their closes and, whenever
possible, put it on without assistance from an adult.
 Parents who wish to watch the parade should arrive at 2:15 and go to the
playground where they will be able to see all grade levels as they
participate in the parade. Parents are welcome to create a tunnel that
students will pass under.
 Costumes may not include blood, guts or gore. No weapons, masks or
makeup. Parents are asked to follow these guidelines if you would like to
dress up with us.
o 3:00-3:40 p.m. - Classroom Parties
 No fog machines will be allowed
 Please wellness policy for party guidelines.
o 3:40-3:50 p.m. - Clean-up
Annual Family Check-In



The Annual Family Online Check-In is now closed

return them to Ponderosa
o Permissions & Health Update forms are attached
Parent/Guardians will be able to continue to update your census/household information in
your parent portal account.
