Welcome to Professional Jewellers’ Collections of the Year 2015
With the world’s major jewellery exhibitions behind us, it is time to reflect on all the new jewellery
ranges launched this year, and reach conclusions on which pieces shined brightest in the British
jewellery industry.
The Professional Jeweller Collections of the Year special report is being published in December and will
present this year’s bestselling and most inspiring ranges in the following categories:
Engagement Rings, Wedding bands, Men’s Jewellery, Silver Jewellery, Luxury Jewellery, Fashion
Jewellery, Pearl Jewellery, Charms and Beads, Emerging Designer, Ethical Jewellery.
The Professional Jeweller Collections of the Year report differs from the types of lists that might
appear in consumer magazines and newspapers because it is created for the benefit of retailers whose
revenues and profits depend on selecting the right products for their businesses.
For this reason, we are also canvassing the opinions of industry experts like you to nominate jewellery
collections that you feel have made the greatest impact. All the major jewellery wholesalers, along
with thousands of retailers, are being invited to participate.
The Collections of the Year special report will present a total of five jewellery collections in each
category with one overall winner in each. In total, there will be 50 ranges featured in the report, so the
nomination and judging process is hugely important.
Please take a moment to consider the following Collections of the Year categories, and nominate the
jewellery ranges that you feel are outstanding examples of their type.
We do ask for you to nominate just one collection per category; however it is possible to nominate the
same brand or designer for multiple categories as long as they have a dedicated collection that suits
the conditions of the category.
Please note collections that launched prior to January 1 2015 will not be considered.
