diode, diode in dc circuits, check of the integrity of a diode through an
ohmmeter, direct polarization, inverse polarization, the Zener diode,
the diode as stabilizer, the LED diode. Fault simulation. It must be
possible to perform the following experiences: Direct and inverse
polarization of a diode, Behaviour of a diode in an electric circuit, Zener
diode, Behaviour of the zener diode in an electric circuit, Led diode (light
emitting diode), Seven segment digital display (display led). The faults
must be inserted by microswitches mounted on the board; the module
must be provided with a EISA BUS 31+18 INTERFACE, connections and
test points by 2mm terminals.
Dimensions of the module: 297x260mm.
The module must be supplied with a theoretical and practical manual.
