This form will also be used by the Student Records and Examinations Team as the official receipt form.

The following points should be noted when preparing examination papers:

(a) All papers must be submitted SINGLE-SIDED in the form of clean top copies typed on A4 size paper in size 14 font . Xerox copies will not be acceptable. 15-pitch print is also unacceptable. Examination papers will be photocopied back to back, so please bear this in mind when submitting the single-sided master copy.

(b) It is important that at least a ONE-INCH MARGIN is left clear at the top, bottom and sides of each page.

(c) The bottom of each page should contain the module number and page number in the format: page 1 of 5, page 2 of 5, etc. Again, no typing should appear in the one-inch margins. Please do not staple papers together.

(d) Simple diagrams may be drawn direct onto the paper, but preferably all diagrams should be inserted directly into the paper which is supplied to the Records and Examinations Team.
