Definition of Communication (Wikipedia): (from Latin "communis", meaning to
share) is the activity of conveying information through the exchange of thoughts or
messages, as by speech, visuals, signals, writing, or behavior. It is the meaningful
exchange of information between two or more.
Affective Language = Authentic expression of feelings in response to specific
actions/behaviors
(An affective statement incorporates BOTH the particular BEHAVIOR/ACTION and the
resulting FEELING/IMPACT. Is used both to praise and re-direct behaviors)
