Minutes – June 20, 2013 12:00-1:00pm, ASC
Present: Brad Crerar, Margaret Huda, Chris Piscitelli, Ajay
Chhabra, Kimberly Crone, Bob Drobish, Jordan Jones, Robin
Kenefick, Diane Mazza, Anna Rivera Alfaro, Eric Simms,
Thomas Struble, and Kathy Yalof.
The meeting was called to order at 12:04 p.m.
The Meeting was then turned over to the election committee.
Diane Mazza nominated:
-Brad Crerar for President. Eric Simms and Chis Piscitelli seconded.
Brad accepted the nomination. No other nominations were forwarded.
-Rob DeMezzo for Vice President. Tom Struble and Chis Piscitelli
seconded. Rob accepted in absence. No other nominations were
forwarded.
-Lisa Galvin for External Secretary. Bob Drobish and Robin Kenefick
seconded. Lisa accepted in absence. No other nominations were
forwarded.
-Margaret Huda for Internal Secretary. Bob Drobish and Kathy Yalof
seconded. Margaret accepted the nomination. No other nominations
were forwarded.
At 12:08 - An Emergency elections meeting was held and the Executive
Committee named above was elected unopposed.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:10 p.m.
No meetings will be held in July or August. The next Administrative
Faculty Senate Meeting will be Thursday, September 19th, 2013 at 12
noon in ASC 312.
