I have been working with American clients for many years and for this reason I
know rather well their needs and what they expect from me and my job.
Thanks to my job as tour leader of Italian students at their summer courses in
Great Britain, Ireland and US I have learnt to work in multicultural
environments; I, also, developed my sense of organization and leadership
thanks to all my jobs as tour leader, tour guide and at the tourist offices.
