PURPOSE:
To identify general types of information that should be included in lab

You will work individually during this assignment, since this activity is
designed to help you begin the laboratory report that you each must write
for this course.
Fill out the worksheets that follow in a DETAILED fashion. Your goal is
to provide enough information that the worksheet will serve as a detailed
outline for the introduction to your lab report. Note that you must also
choose a title for your report. Give this some thought. You should not
simply use the title provided on your laboratory protocol-personalize this!
