Government of India has received a credit from the International Development Association
(IDA) and a Grant from the Department for International Development (DFID) in various
currencies equivalent to US $ 250/-Malian towards the cost of the _NACP-III Project and
intends to apply a part of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contract
for which this invitation for quotations is issued.
3.
Bid Price:
a)
The contract shall be for the full quantity as described above. Corrections, if any,
shall be made by crossing out, initialing, dating and rewriting.
b)
All duties, taxes and other levies payable by the contractor under the contract shall be
included in the total price.
c)
The rates quoted by the bidder shall be fixed for the duration of the contract and shall
not be subject to the adjustment on any account.

The prices shall be quoted in Indian Rupees only.
Each bidder shall submit only one quotation in attached format only (bidder may take Xerox
of this format on firm’s letter head / type format on firms letter head / quote rate on attached

Validity of Quotation:
Quotation shall remain valid for a period of not less than 30 days after the deadline date
specified for submission.
7.
Evaluation of Quotations:
Evaluation of quotation will be done for each item separately and compare the quotations
determined to be substantially responsive i.e. which
a.
are properly signed; and
b.
conform to the terms and conditions and specifications.
8.
Bidder has to paste Sticker / Stamp following matter on each strip /Inj. bottle.

Expiry date shall be minimum two year from the date of order.
10.
Award of Contract:
The purchaser will award the contract to the bidder whose quotation has been determined to
be substantially responsive and who has offered the lowest evaluated quotation price.
10.1
Notwithstanding the above, the Purchaser reserve the right to accept or reject any
quotations and to cancel the bidding process and reject all quotations at any time prior
to the award of contract.
10.2
The bidder whose quotation is accepted will be notified about the award of contract
by the purchaser prior to expiration of the quotation validity period. The terms of the
accepted offer shall be incorporated in the purchase order.
11.
Liquidity Damages
Liquidity damages at the rate of 0.5% per week for the delay in supply of goods subject to
maximum of 10% computed on the value of goods supplied delayed.
12.
Payment will be made after receipt of acceptable goods along with the bill.
13.
You are requested to provide your offer latest by 3.00 pm hours on 21/02/2011
14.
Quotations will be open in the presence of the bidder or representative of bidders at 3.30
AM/PM on 21/02/2011 in the office of the MSACS.
15.
