Professional Growth Activities Table
Distinguished Educators seek out opportunities to lead the profession, collaborate with their peers, and grow individually as
educators. Use this tool to list activities you have participated in that have led to positive professional growth over your career
across the five domains: Planning and Preparation, Classroom Environment, Instruction, Professional Responsibilities, and Student
Learning and Growth.
While you have likely participated in numerous activities, choose to highlight here those activities that had a positive effect on you
in the areas of leadership, collaboration, or instruction, and those activities that have had a lasting impact on your professional
practice. Include a minimum of five and a maximum of 10 activities.
