PREAMBLE
We, the members of the Bond of Love Society imploring the aid of Almighty God, in order to
inculcate into the minds of our youth of the Del Remedio Parish, their religious and social duties to the
Parish and community, to maintain the high standards of responsibility and to promote camaraderie
among the youth in the different Barangays of Del Remedio. We do hereby ordain and promulgate this
constitution.
ARTCILE I
Name of the Organization
This Socio-Religious organization established for the youth shall be known as Bond of Love
Society of the Del Remedio Parish of San Pablo City.
Sec 1: The seal of the organization is upright oval in shape symbolizing unity and two hands
holding a cross to symbolize the union as centered in Christ.
Sec 2: The official colors of the society shall be white and blue which symbolize purity and peace
respectively.
ARTICLE II
Patron and Common Prayer
Sec 1: The Resurrected Christ shall be the patron of the Bond of Love Society.
Sec 2: The 3 ’O’ clock prayer shall be the common prayer of all the members of the Bond of Love
Society.
ARTICLE III
Principle
Sec 1: The Bond of Love Society is a Socio-Religious organization and the spiritual upliftment of
the youth of the Del Remedio Parish shall be its major concern.
Sec 2: Serving his own family shall always be given the first priority of every member.
Sec 3: The Bond of Love Society shall give lesser priority to civic and social activities.
Sec 4: The society shall always decide and act in the spirit of Christian Brotherhood.
Sec 5: Order of church shall always be followed through obedience.
Sec 6: Being the Bond of Love member shall be seen through one’s kind words, clean thoughts
and good deeds.
ARTICLE IV
Membership
Sec 1: Seminar on Christian Leadership
The Seminar on Christian Leadership otherwise known as the SOC-LEA is the official activity
conducted by fifteen (15) to twenty-three (23) years of age to become members of the society.
Sec 2: Regular Member
While the SOC-LEA is the official activity for membership individuals who graduated from this
seminar should actively participate in any or all the activities of the organization for three (3) months to
become regular member of the society.
Sec 3: Honorary Member
In cases when the services, talents or assistance of an individual is inevitably required, an
individual may become an Honorary Member at the discretion of the leadership. Honorary Member
shall not have the right to deliberate or vote in any business of the organization.
Sec 4: Age Limit of Member
There shall be no age limit of whenever regular or honorary.
Sec 5: Renewal of Membership
Member’s regular or auxiliary shall have to renew their membership upon payment of annual
minimal fee to be set by the leadership.
Sec 6: Auxiliary Member
Sec 6.1: A graduate of SOC-LEA can be considered an auxiliary member if his/her participation in
the society is physically impossible.
Sec 6.2: Regular member shall have to file an application for auxiliary member in case his or her
active participation in the society is physically impossible.

Failure to do so, action will be at the discretions of circle, President.
ARTICLE V
Duties of Members
Officers and members of the society shall be the governing body of the Bond of Love Society and
is vested with authority to pass and put into effect rules and regulations applicable to the society as a
whole.
The duties and responsibilities of members are as follows:

To attend regular and special meetings
To attend every activity sponsored/spearheaded or participated by the society
To pay any dues or financial obligations whatever is agreed upon by the society
To remember the said duties and responsibilities by heart.
ARTICLE VI
Organization
Sec 1: Over all Presidents
Sec 1.1: He/she shall preside over all meetings of the society.
Sec 1.2: It shall be his/her duty to carry into effect the decision and resolution of the will of the
members and shall have general supervision over all of the affairs of the society.
Sec 1.3: He/she shall sign all important paper, notes and negotiable instruments.
Sec 1.4: He/she shall submit/present an annual report of the operation and activities of the
society to the members during annual meeting.
Sec 1.5: It shall be his/her duty to report all the ongoing and future activities of the society to
the Parish Pastoral Council.
Sec 2: Treasurer
Sec 2.1: He/she shall have custody of all funds of the society.
Sec 2.2: He/she shall keep true, proper and accurate accounts of funds of the society.
Sec 2.3: He/she shall countersign all check notes and negotiable instruments.
Sec 2.4: He/she has direct supervisor to the supply officer.
Sec 2.4.1: Supply Officer
Sec 2.4.1.1: He/she is in charge of all the properties and supply of the society.
Sec 3: Secretary
Sec 3.1: He/she shall properly file and keep a record of the meetings of the leadership and
members.
Sec 3.2: He/she shall keep a complete Roster and Directory of members, a file of activities,
awards and guest of the society.
Sec 3.3: He/she shall submit a written memorandum of all activities to the respective Circle
Presidents.
Sec 3.4: He/she shall perform such other function as may be assigned to him by the overall
President.
Sec 4: Circle Presidents
Sec 4.1: They shall be required to submit reports to the secretary as to the progress of their
respective circle units.
Sec 4.2: They have the right to propose rule and regulations applicable to their units or to the
whole society as they may fit.
Sec 4.3: They empowered to call and preside over the meetings of their circle units and to
supervise the activities of their respective units.
Sec 4.4: They shall implement such rules and regulation approved by the leadership of the Bond
of Love Society for their respective circle units.
Sec 5: Circle Treasurer
Sec 5.1: He/she shall have the custody of funds of their circle.
Sec 5.2: He/she shall keep true, proper and accurate account of funds of their respective circle.
Sec 5.3: He/she is in charge of all the properties and supply of their respective circles.
Sec 6: Circle Secretary
Sec 6.1: He/she shall properly file and keep records of the meetings of their circle.
Sec 6.2: He/she shall keep a complete Rooster and Directory of numbers for their respective
circle.
Sec 6.3: He/she shall submit a written memorandum of all the activities of their respective
members.
Sec 6.4: He/she shall perform such other duties and functions as may be assigned him by their
respective circle presidents.
