Please note that your request will be processed as swiftly as possible – at peak periods within the academic year the
processing time could be up to 15 working days (3 weeks).

(the cheque must be in £ sterling)
The University cannot accept payment by cash, Postal Order or American Express Card.
Please note that no documents are produced and despatched until the payment has cleared – the Student Records
department will email you if there are any issues with payment.
More than one degree:
If you need to order copies of transcripts for more than one Degree programme studied with the University of
Greenwich then please state all degree titles and clearly state the number of copies of each degree transcript
required. Example: completed a BA and a PGCE degree and want 2 copies of each degree transcript posted in UK –
the cost will be: degree 1 – one copy = £15, second copy = £10 / degree 2 – one copy = £15, second copy = £10, TOTAL
= £50.
Details that will be included in a Confirmation of study /award Letter for studies undertaken from 1990 to

Academic Transcript availability: (Please note that it is not always possible to provide transcripts for past student)
Studies completed from September 1999 to present: All data stored electronically – full academic transcript
available which includes course/module titles and all marks.
Pre September 1999: VERY Limited availability – not all data relating to course/module titles and marks were stored.
We may have to check our storage which may delay our answer to you. When a transcript is not available, we may
be able to issue you a confirmation of study letter (see above).
