We conduct ourselves with unquestionable integrity. We recognize that our reputation is our most
important asset and that everything we do professionally and personally either enhances or diminishes
our reputation.
We define success by our contribution to our mission. We know that financial success will follow mission
success.
Our success depends upon teamwork and dedication to our mission. We evaluate individual
performance by our contribution to the team. We have no room for individuals who put their personal
interests ahead of the interests of the team.
We are committed to excellence in everything we undertake. Though we may be involved in a wide
variety and heavy volume of activity, we will deliver excellent products and services regardless of the
time and effort required.
We stress creativity and innovation in everything we do. While recognizing that the old way may still be
the best way, we constantly strive to find better solutions to our customers’ problems and our own
internal processes.
We know that our market is dynamic and highly technical. We constantly strive to anticipate the rapidly
changing needs of our customers and to develop new products and services to meet those needs.
We must always be fair competitors and must never denigrate other firms.
We owe our start to Earl Industries and will always be faithful corporate partners. We will find ways to
involve our sister companies in our business.
We are proud of our military heritage and enjoy our demanding work. Operating in military markets since
2009, Earl Energy is rapidly expanding into the commercial market, and our goal is to recruit and retain the
best talent in the industry. If you have the expertise, the passion, and the drive, we want you on our team.
