Maximum length of turning - 1300 mm
Maximum diameter of turning - 80mm
Maximum diameter of clamping (hydraulically) – 75 mm
Maximum number of revolutions of the main spindle - 3500 r.p.min.
Diameter of opening through the main spindle - 75mm
Minimum number of tools on the revolver head - 8
Dimensions of tool carrier - 25x25mm
Backrest - progammable, hydraulic
Diameter of clamping with backrest - 20-75 mm
Tailstock - programmable, MK5
Maximum weight of work piece - 50 daN
Pre-acceptance and definitive acceptance need to be done according to drawing 42lB1-11C/1 by continual make per 15 pcs of barrels;
Reliable operation in two shifts;
The machine needs to have all necessary technical documentation;
All compenents and modules that are installed in the machine must be made by world renowned manufacturers;
The machine must satisfy all safety at work standards and regulations, which needs to be confirmed by the documentation and markings in the Serbian language.
