A Resolution to Adopt a Continuing Appropriation and Budget
for Fiscal Year 2014
WHEREAS, the 2015 fiscal year budget for the City of _________will not be approved
by July 1, 2014; and
WHEREAS, the passage of a continuing resolution is necessary to meet requirements of
the Comptroller of the Treasury, Office of State and Local Finance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF MAYOR AND
ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF ____________, TENNESSEE that amounts set out in the fiscal
year 2014 Appropriation and Budget are hereby continued until the fiscal year 2015
Appropriation and Budget is adopted.
WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared the Resolution adopted, signed and affixed the date
thereto, and directed that the same be recorded.
