Please note that Vanguard Collegiate Middle will be relocating to the Northeast Middle School campus. Current Northeast Middle students will have the option
to remain on campus and attend Vanguard Collegiate Middle. If you would like to continue at Vanguard Collegiate Middle, please check the appropriate box on
the back of this sheet. If you are considering a charter school, the deadline for charter school applications is February 6th.
