PARKING
There is no private car parking on site, but Rutland Centre NCP car park is next door and costs £3.90
to park all day (please get your ticket validated at Curve Café Bar). Sat Nav users should use LE1 1TQ
for Rutland Centre NCP
GET IN
Curve is accessed via Vestry Street for the purpose of unloading and get outs
Rehearsal Room two is on the first floor and accessed by a standard passenger lift measuring 900mm
wide x 2100mm high x 2000mm deep
Larger items can be taken to the room via the stairs, of which the smallest opening is 1040mm wide
x 2200mm high
DRESSING ROOMS
A dressing room can be provided with a bathroom, shower and lit mirrors, please request if needed.
If a room adjacent to the performance space is desired there is a modest changing room leading off
the lobby, please note there is no running water in this room.
STAGE
Please see attached plan.
The setting line is at 6m from the back wall along the nominal centre line.
The floor is a semi sprung dance floor, screwing down is not permitted. The stage is level with the
audience and is covered with a black Harlequin dance floor.
The space has black drapes on three sides
One wall has full length ballet mirrors and a fixed ballet bar
A fire route must be maintained at no less than 1.2 metres width from the audience to the upstage
right Fire Exit.
LIGHTING EQUIPMENT
Rehearsal room 2 has a fixed and pre focused lighting rig all changes made to this rig must be
reinstated before departure by the visiting company. House lights may not be moved.
See attached Lighting Plan Appendix B.
If a Pre Rig is desired please contact the technical managers with your plans 4 weeks before the
date of your first performance.

1 x 63 Amp 3 phase supply in Lobby
6 x 13 Amp outlets in grid, non-switched.
2 x 13 Amp technical power outlets at floor level on stage
DIMMING
2 x ETC Smartpack Mobile dimmer rack 24 channels total.
Dimming is distributed to the Rehearsal room via a number of integrated Soca lines
