Teacher Cadet Field Experience Assignments:
1. Bulletin Board Assignment: You will design, plan, and create a bulletin board located either in the
cooperating teacher’s room or in the hallway near the room. You will need to discuss the bulletin
board concept with the cooperating teacher in order to design a board that is appropriate. You
may also use materials from the cooperating teacher or from mrs. howard; however, YOU are
responsible for doing all of the work. Mrs. Howard has several Bulletin Board help books.
Pinterest and Google are also good places to find help. See Mrs. Howard if you need help. The
Bulletin Board should be left up for display for at least a week. When the board has been
completed, you will want to take a picture of it for your portfolio. The Bulletin Board project is
due 10:00 on November 24. When you have the Board completed, please let Mrs. Howard know
so that she can come by to grade it. This will count as one major grade.

number of IEP’s or 504 plans.
Section 2: What are the results of your survey? What information did you find by completing the
assessment? Break your results into percentages. What is most popular? What is least
popular? Look for trends among genders and races.
Section 3: What will you do in planning your lesson to incorporate this information? What will you
make sure your lessons include?
