Optional: This portion of the application is optional and only needs to be filled out if you are interested in applying for any of
the Social Work Scholarships or a Graduate Assistantship position.
Instructions: Only one scholarship application is needed to apply for any or all of the scholarships listed below. Write a 1 ½
page single spaced essay addressing why you qualify for the specific scholarship (e.g. Native American, etc.). If you are
applying for more than one scholarship, please address your eligibility for each scholarship separately.
Please note: These scholarships are only for the MSW program at BYU. If you decline an offer of admission to our program,
you may NOT use this scholarship for a different graduate program at BYU.
