Helping to coach a youth sports team
Creating and implementing a service project for a scouting organization
Tutoring a family-friend or neighbor without accepting money
Babysitting for a neighbor or family friend without accepting money
Litter pick-ups in your community, yard work, clothing drive for shelters,
Ashland Food Bank, etc.
Helping your parents or other family members if they are involved in a
charity or community-service project
Helping on projects/library/cafeteria/classrooms outside of school hours
(before or after school or during your lunch time.)
Playing on a sports team (even if you’re the captain)
Just being in scouts
Tutoring for money OR tutoring a family member
Babysitting for money OR babysitting your own family
Working on a class project during class time (that’s considered “using
class time wisely”)
Helping your family to do chores around the house
Attending the dance committee meeting
