Dear Parents and Prospective Camper,
I am really looking forward to our 12th summer of KNIGHTS BASKETBALL CAMP and the
chance to work with our future Knights. With the help of Coach Phillips, Coach Smith, and Coach Engelhart we
have an outstanding staff that will make the camp a great experience. Station work, skills competitions, 3-on-3
games, and 5-on-5 games will give campers the opportunity to have fun while working on the skills they have been
taught.
We are continuing to offer the half day camps in order to provide more personalized instruction to all of our
campers. This year the camp will be different, as we are offering grades 1-5 from 8:30-11 and then grades 6-8 from
12-2:30 June 9-12. The camp will be four days and the campers will continue to get great instruction and skill work.
We know that campers are our future and we look forward to continuing our success in Boy’s basketball.

In consideration of my acceptance as a participant in the KNIGHTS BASKETBALL CAMP, I do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and
administrators, waive, release and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which I have or which may hereafter accrue to me
against the Nordonia Hills City School District, or its or their respective officers, agents, representatives, successors and/or assigns for any and all
damages which may be sustained and suffered by me in connection with my said athletic competition. I have read the above statement, I
understand it and my signature confirms its full acceptance. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risk involved in this competition,
and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event. I authorize the directors to act for me according to their best judgment
in any emergency requiring medical attention for which services I will pay.
