Space is limited. Quilts will be received on a first come first paid basis.
Quilts must have a 4 inch split hanging sleeve attached to the quilt back. (or we may need to make a small hole on sleeve) NO PINS
We reserve the right to not display items that are not complete, soiled, have odors, or pet hair.
Use a separate form for each quilt. PLEASE PRINT LEGIBLY OR TYPE.
Owner’s name must appear in the bottom left corner of the quilt back. (See identity slip below)
The Southern Colorado Regional Quilt Show will not be responsible for loss or damage.
All antique quilts will be draped or folded or as otherwise specified.
Quilts may be photographed.
Quilts will be displayed: Hung from hanging sleeve, draped or folded.
Bring the claim check when picking up your quilt.
