HOW TO COMPLETE THIS FORM

All questions within the application form must be correctly filled. Reference should be made to the
accompanying guidance notes and the applicable subsidiary legislation regulating this scheme when
filling in this form.

All supporting/requested documents should be included with the application on submission. The
application will be processed when
all the relevant information and documents have been
submitted. Incomplete applications forms will be returned.
o
Applications for work that have already been carried out will not be accepted, unless the work is
covered by a valid planning application and supported by a Restoration Method Statement (RMS).
Such works must also have been subject to periodical monitoring and supported by original fiscal
receipts.
o
The scheme is intended to fund works of a restoration nature as defined in the Incentive Guidelines
published by Malta Enterprise Corporation.
o
Application forms can be submitted between the 2nd January 2013 and 30th April 2013. These are to
be submitted at Business First, Gwardamangia Hill, Pieta’.
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
Application forms should be supported by the documents listed below. Any application form submitted
without any of the requirement documents will not be processed:

at MEPA, St Francis Ravelin, Floriana)

Itemised bill of quantities of the proposed restoration works including any hiring of
equipment and professional fees
