The period of the promotion is from Monday 2nd February 2015 – Friday 13th February 2015.
All entrants must be over 18 to enter.
To qualify to win, you must create a short lip sync video (we suggest 30 seconds) and submit
it to Newstalk by:
o posting it on facebook or twitter using the hashtag #OpenToAll
o emailing it to afternoon@newstalk.com
For videos posted to social media, newstalk will make every endevour to find video’s with
the #opentoall but except no reposibilty should they be missed, not findable or labelled
incorrectly
Keep music clips on video short so as not to breach music copywrite rules. Newstalk grants
no music license to take part in this competition and entrants should check the T&C’s of the
social media platform they are uploading to if in any doubt.
The closing date for submission of all online entries is midnight on Sunday 8th February 2015.
An independent judging panel consisting of Maria Walsh, the Rose of Tralee, Peter Kelly a.k.a
Weddings by Franc and Sean Moncrieff will choose the top 5 entries. The judges’ decision is
final.
The top 5 entries will be posted on Newstalk.com and online voting for the winner will open
at 1.30pm on Tuesday 10th February and close at 4.30pm on Thursday 12th February 2015.
The entry with the highest number of online votes at Newstalk.com will be declared the
winner. Votes via social media will be taken into account in the event of a tie. Ultimately the
decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The ‘home’ package (full prize details below) must be booked through The Little White
Chapel. The ‘home’ package is up to a maximum value of €12,800.
The ‘away’ element of the package must be booked directly with Newstalk. The ‘away
package is up to a maximum value of €7,000.
Customers entering any competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and
conditions.
No cash or other alternative will be offered and prizes are non-transferable.
In the event that the winner declines the prize awarded to him/her or is unable to contact
the winner after reasonable efforts have been made, Newstalk 106-108fm may award the
prize to another entrant, the runner or closest available entry.
By taking part in this competition, entrants grant Newstalk 106-108fm the right to use and
publish his/her name and picture in such media as Newstalk 106 – 108fm may choose
(including but not limited to the internet) for advertising and promotional purposes without
additional consideration. Winners may also be asked to feature on Newstalk 106 -108fm
Newstalk 106-108fm is excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might
occur to the winner or any other person with whom the winner shares or gives the prize.
Newstalk 106- 108fm reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition or amend
these terms and conditions at any time for any valid, technical or commercial reason.
Prize Details:

The ‘home’ package includes:
o Event management services supplied by The Little White Chapel
o A wedding/civil ceremony including consultation with Marry Me Ireland in the
months in the run up to the wedding and a choice of celebrants.
o Seated reception for up to 100 people maximum
o Additional services including; two chapel musicians, a wedding band, florist,
photographer, on site catering & facilities management.

Catering package consisting of a 3 course reception including tea/coffee and table
wine. Table service/corkage included. All food prepared fresh on site by appointed
caters.
Public Liability cover
All to a maximum value of €12,800

The wedding/civil ceremony and reception is limited to locations in the Republic of
Ireland and is capped at the maximum value of the prize package.
Any additional costs incurred above the prize value will be at the discretion and
expense of the winning couple. Newstalk and The Little White Chapel will not accept
liability for any costs above the agreed prize value.
The Little White Chapel will act as liaison with the winners and all 3rd party vendors
in relation to the organisation of the wedding & reception.
The ‘away’ package includes:
o Return flights from Ireland to San Francisco along with seven nights’ accommodation
for two adults in a 4 star hotel (subject to availability) up to a maximum value of
€7,000.
o The away package must be taken before 31st December 2016 and must be booked
before 31st December 2015.
o The prize is non-extendable, non-transferable, non-endorsable and non-encashable.
