Maximum amount: approx. CHF 70’000 per year
As a general rule, the salary of the doctoral student 1 and approx. 15’000 CHF consumables and
travel expenses can be covered.

All doctoral students will be paid according to the current salaries of the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF).
For 2015: 1st year: 53'861 CHF; 2nd year: 55'578 CHF, 3rd/4th year: 57'296 (already including 14.5% social security).
Data for 2016 will be published by the SNSF in November 2015.
