Objective:
A dynamic group simulation game that forces participants to cope with daily
problems of governing society and ultimately will make participants ask
questions about social control as well as bring everyday experience and
deeper understanding to even the most arcane social and organizational
theory.

“What would you do if you knew you could not fail?”
Objective:
Through a guided visioning process finds ways in which to bring full circle your
experience with Leadership. “Vision is having an acute sense of the impossible. It
is seeing what others don’t see. And when those with similar vision are drawn
together, something extraordinary occurs.” Shearson Lehman Brothers.

dysfunctions?
 What lessons did you learn, and how can they be applied in context of the whole
community?
