People’s Committee of Province received the Report No. 128/BC-STNMT dated 01/06/2015 by
Department of Natural Resources and Environment on completion of procedure of land lease and
issue of certificate of land use right, ownership of house and other land-based properties for the
fresh water supply project. To this regard, the People’s Committee of Province directed as
follows:
- Request the investors of rural fresh water supply project to promptly coordinate with the
People’s Committee of District and Commune to complete the procedure of land recovery,
compensation, space clearance; mobilize full expenditure to pay for compensation, space
clearance to finish the procedure of land as per regulation, ensuring the progress of investment
project with the issued Certificate of Investment.
- Assign the people’s committee of districts, cities to promptly direct the professional
departments to appraise and consult the People’s Committee of district, city about promulgation
of Decision of Land Recovery, Decision on approval of plan for compensation, support,
resettlement and confirmation of the completion of space clearance for the fresh water projects so
that the investor to perform the relevant procedures.
On receiving this Document, kindly request the agencies, units and organizations to implement.
